1. Introduction
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Seatify Pro Poker ("the Software"), a desktop poker workspace and multi-tabling application for Windows developed and published by Seatify Pro Poker ("we", "us", "our"). By downloading, installing, or using the Software, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
2. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the Software, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use the Software. We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time, and your continued use of the Software constitutes acceptance of any modifications.
3. Description of Service
Seatify Pro Poker is a specialized desktop window management and ergonomic workflow utility for Windows online poker players. The Software provides features including automated table tiling across multiple monitors, strict hover-only hotkey management, instant bet sizing button overlays, Focus Aura active table halos, and dynamic layout editing.
The Software operates strictly externally via standard Windows OS APIs. It does not inject into poker client processes, does not modify game memory, does not alter network traffic, does not calculate game odds, and does not provide automated gameplay decisions.
4. System Security, Fair Play & Legal Protection
We deploy every measure to secure our systems and guarantee ethical use compliant with poker integrity standards. Any tampering, reverse engineering, unauthorized modification, or malicious use of Seatify targeting players or poker rooms (cheating, prohibited automation, process or data manipulation) is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate license termination and legal prosecution.
5. License to Use
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Software for personal purposes in accordance with these Terms. This license does not grant the right to modify, distribute, reverse-engineer, decompile, or create derivative works based on the Software.
6. Usage Restrictions & Operator Non-Affiliation
You expressly agree not to:
- Use the Software for any unlawful purpose, fraud, collusive play, or cheating
- Reverse-engineer, decompile, disassemble, or attempt to derive or reconstruct the source code or cryptographic signatures of the Software
- Distribute, sublicense, lease, lend, repackage, or resell the Software to third parties
- Remove or alter any copyright notices, fair-play protections, or proprietary marks on the Software
- Use the Software in a manner that disrupts, circumvents, or damages our licensing infrastructure or servers
- Attempt to bypass room-specific security modes, including the automated GGPoker Safe Mode
Operator Non-Affiliation Disclaimer: Seatify Pro Poker is an independent desktop organizer. Seatify is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or certified by any online poker room or network (including Winamax, PokerStars, GGPoker, GGNetwork, PMU, or others). Where a room enforces restrictive third-party policies (e.g. GGPoker), Seatify automatically restricts operation to an uncertified Safe Mode (pure external window tiling; all HUD overlays and shortcuts disabled). Players remain solely responsible for reviewing and complying with their respective poker operators' terms of service.
7. Pricing and Payment
The Software is offered with a 30-day free trial. After the trial period, continued use of the Software requires a paid subscription at the applicable early-access pricing:
- Monthly plan: 10.99€/month
- Annual plan: 99.99€/year
Payments are processed securely through Stripe. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge the applicable fees to your chosen payment method on a recurring basis until you cancel. Prices are displayed in euros (EUR) and include applicable taxes where required by law.
8. Free Trial Period
The Software includes a 30-day free trial that lets you evaluate all features without commitment. No payment information is required to start the trial. At the end of the trial period, you may choose to subscribe or discontinue use of the Software.
9. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Software at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice. You may terminate your use of the Software at any time by uninstalling it and cancelling any active subscription. Upon termination, your license to use the Software ceases immediately.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Software is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Software.
In no event shall our total liability exceed the amount you have paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
11. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting the updated Terms on our website. We will make reasonable efforts to notify users of material changes via email or through the Software. Your continued use of the Software after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
12. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of France, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of France.
