Common questions.
Is Seatify allowed by poker rooms?
Seatify does not inject into poker client memory, read hand data in real-time, or provide any strategic advantage. It uses standard Windows APIs (window enumeration, UI Automation) that are equivalent to manually arranging your windows. Most rooms allow table management tools — check your room's specific ToS for confirmation.
Which poker rooms are supported?
Currently: Winamax, PMU Poker, and Unibet. We're actively adding more rooms — check the Rooms section for the full roadmap. The architecture supports any room that runs as a desktop window.
How is this different from a HUD?
Seatify is NOT a HUD. It doesn't display opponent statistics or analyze hand histories for strategic decisions. It's a table management and workflow tool — auto-tiling, bet sizing shortcuts, layout management. Think of it as a professional workspace organizer for poker.
Is my data safe?
Yes. Seatify runs 100% locally on your machine. No hand histories, no session data, no personal information is ever sent to our servers. The only network calls are for license verification and software updates.
Does it work on Mac or Linux?
Currently Windows only (Windows 10/11). macOS and Linux support are on the roadmap but not yet available — most poker clients are Windows-first anyway.
Can I use it on multiple computers?
Your license is tied to one machine at a time. You can deactivate and reactivate on a different machine (with a 7-day cooldown between switches to prevent abuse).
What happens after the early access period?
If you subscribe during early access (before September 15, 2026), your rate is locked in for the duration of your subscription. You'll keep paying 10.99€/month or 99.99€/year even after prices go up to 14.99€/month or 149.99€/year for new subscribers.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Cancel from the Stripe customer portal (accessible from the app settings). Your access continues until the end of your current billing period. No questions asked.
